Retrofit or full frame
The installation method is part of the product decision.
A retrofit can preserve existing finishes and reduce disruption when the retained frame and surrounding wall are suitable. Full-frame work removes more of the old assembly when condition, design, water history, or performance calls for it. The right answer depends on the actual opening.

Know which conversation to start.
Do you repair glass or failed seals?
Arizona Window Company focuses on complete window and door systems. Glass-only repair and isolated failed-seal replacement are not part of the current service scope.
Can you replace only part of the home?
Yes. A selective replacement can make sense when certain openings have the clearest performance, operation, or design problems. The plan should still account for exterior consistency, interior sightlines, glass appearance, and future phases.
When should product selection begin?
Begin once the opening type, wall condition, project stage, and design goals are clear. Large doors and new construction need earlier coordination because structure, sill, drainage, panel storage, and lead time can affect the surrounding work.
