Stacking reaches a published 20 by 10 feet in a four-panel layout; bi-fold reaches 17.5 by 10 feet in a five-panel layout.
Low or mid sill
Stacking and pocket systems list 3/4-inch low or 1-1/2-inch mid-height sills. Bi-fold lists 1-1/4-inch low or 2-1/4-inch mid-height sills.
Aluminum finish palette
Black, Dark Bronze Anodized, Tan, White, and Clear Anodized are documented as matching interior and exterior finishes.

Which operating style opens the most wall?
Pocket panels disappear into the wall, while stacking panels remain visible and bi-fold panels park at the side. The best choice depends on available wall or parking space and weather detailing.
Does the published width include the wall pocket?
No. The AX550 brochure states that pocket-door width dimensions do not include the additional width required for the pocket.
Can every AX550 use a retractable screen?
No. The brochure limits retractable screens to eligible stacking or pocket doors with flush handles and select sizes.
